This 3 day/night Seminar/Conference Organiser is designed to help organisations to efficiently keep details of attendees, and automate a number of common administration procedures. It is available as a standalone application for Windows or for the Macintosh.
THESE FILES COME AS A .SEA (Self Extracting Archive) FOR THE MAC OR AS A SELF EXTRACTING .EXE FILE FOR WINDOWS. DRAG THE .SEA OR .EXE FILE TO YOUR HARD DISK AND DOUBLE-CLICK TO EXTRACT.
Open the package by selecting CONFORG1.EXE, (Conference Organiser 1.0 on the Mac). When you launch the program you will be asked for a password. To edit the files, enter "2editme" (no quotes). To look, but not edit, just click OK without entering a password. The Setup screen opens, to allow you to enter data relevant to the organisation and event. When completed, click on the Database button. All buttons at the top of this screen are self-explanatory. In some cases, additional information can be found at the top of other layouts (screen views). Use the supplied buttons (many of which run scripts) to navigate and perform tasks.
The Find button switches to the Find mode to choose a set of records to work with (see details on the Find screen). When you do a Find, your records are divided into two sets - a Found Set that matches the criteria you specified, and an Omitted Set. Summary data (in red) on the Database reflects totals of the Found Set. Similarly, all actions, such as printing labels/badges, and letters, work only with the Found Set. Find All combines all records.

This software is copyrighted material and therefore you are not allowed to modify this software or its documentation in any way, shape or form, nor can you sell it for your own profit. This demonstration version may be distributed freely, but it must remain in its unmodified entirety. It can be put on disks and CD-ROMs that charge a reasonable fee for the cost of distributing it, provided a copy of any such disks or CD-ROMs is forwarded to NorleyMac.
